I became involved in the telecommunications industry in 2012 with the Rollout of the Polkomtel network. My duties included creating acceptance documentation, holding PISMs (Pre Installation Site Meeting), preparing material lists and completing installation equipment. As part of the transformation of base stations based on “feeder” installations into “feederless” (introducing RF modules into telecommunications facilities, resigning from thick feeders connecting the BTS with antennas), the antennas were also replaced, the modules system at the bottom. The work was performed on Nokia devices as part of the network modernization with new 3G and 4G technologies.
In 2014, I started working on the BONN project for T-Mobile. This project aims to provide B2B services mainly via radio waves. Initially, I led the process of local visions for the installation of radio links for key clients. The visions are aimed at identifying LOS and preparing an interview for later installation. Over time, I started to create the entire process from vision to final realization. As part of this activity, we install equipment from companies such as:
- Ericsson
- NEC
- Ubiquiti
- Radwin
- Aviat
- Cambridge Broadband Networks
- Cisco
- Huawei
- MetroNID
Since 2015, I have been cooperating with Networks as part of the modernization of the network on Nokia equipment.
From 2018, for Iris, I took part in 2G and 3G SWAPs in Germany, doing so-called clean-ups or “filling green” on Nokia equipment.
In 2020, as part of the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund, for advice on developing the offer for the provision of drone services for telecommunications operators, companies related to wind and photovoltaic energy and energy companies.
In the meantime, we have expanded the scope of activity to fibre optic installations and the configuration of the structural network. We cooperate with, among others with companies such as Silta or Kabarpol in the creation of Ethernet installations, CCTV and access control systems, among others in Panattoni Europe halls. We cooperated with the City Hall in Kobyłka (Mazowieckie Province) to uninstall the public Wi-Fi network. We perform a full range of installation and configuration works. We are in possession of LanTEK devices that enable network certification (the price includes generating a PDF with a measurement report). We are ready to take on unusual orders: work at night and weekends, work all over Poland, or work at high altitudes. We are an ambitious and flexible team. We have extensive experience in implementing structured cabling installations, which is why we can select high-quality components for the construction of structural networks to ensure the quality expected by the customer. Our experience allows us to effectively identify errors, find the cause of the problem during certification measurements and then correct them. We have all the documents enabling work at height, training in the field of scissor work and electrical training.
